Residential Conveyancer – 3‑5 years PQE

About the role

Join a fast‑growing, tech‑forward conveyancing practice that is reshaping how residential property transactions are handled. You will own a full caseload of sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers, guiding each matter from instruction to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage your own residential conveyancing caseload independently.
• Handle freehold and leasehold transactions, ensuring compliance with AML and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate clearly with clients during often stressful periods, providing a human touch.
• Collaborate with a supportive team that balances compliance with efficient service delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing residential conveyancing matters.
• Strong knowledge of freehold and leasehold transactions.
• Demonstrated commitment to compliance and AML standards.
• Excellent client communication skills.
• Interest in technology and willingness to adopt new ways of working.
• CILEx, CLC licence or a law degree preferred, but not mandatory if experience is sufficient.
