Residential Conveyancer – Complex Matters (Low Volume)

About the role

Join a forward‑thinking practice of nine professionals as a senior residential conveyancer handling complex, low‑volume matters. You will work closely with repeat and referral clients, providing end‑to‑end service from instruction through to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Handle a full and varied caseload of complex residential conveyancing matters efficiently and independently.
• Manage post‑completion and new business processes separately, ensuring high‑quality service for repeat and referral clients.
• Act as second‑in‑command within a small team of three conveyancers, providing guidance and support to junior staff.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a residential conveyancer handling complex matters.
• Qualified as a Residential Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (preferred but not essential).
• Ability to work independently with a low‑volume, high‑value caseload.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing procedures.
• Strong case management and organisational abilities.
• Excellent communication with clients and team members.
