Residential Conveyancer – Flexible Working, Competitive Salary

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our award‑winning law firm in Bury. The role offers a competitive salary of £40‑£50k plus a generous bonus, flexible working and the support of dedicated business development and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion.
• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, shared ownership and new‑build transactions.
• Provide high‑quality client service and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with senior management and contribute to the growth of the Residential Property department.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing residential conveyancing matters independently.
• Strong knowledge of the residential conveyancing process.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• Proactive, commercial mindset and ability to work efficiently within a busy team.

Required skills

• Residential conveyancing (freehold & leasehold sales and purchases).
• Remortgages, transfers of equity, shared ownership, new‑build transactions.
• Legal drafting and documentation.
