Residential Conveyancer – Full‑time, Morden

Key responsibilities

• Handle sales and purchases of residential properties, including new builds and re‑mortgages.
• Manage both registered and unregistered properties, help‑to‑buy schemes, and shared ownership.
• Extend leases and liaise with clients and external professionals effectively.
• Work closely with the Private Client Department to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain high levels of client interaction, ensuring all processes are communicated clearly.

Required profile

• 1‑3+ years post‑qualification experience in Residential Conveyancing.
• Excellent knowledge of sales, purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity, new builds and lease extensions.
• Ability to work autonomously on complex legal matters.
• Strong case‑management skills handling multiple conveyancing matters independently.
• Proficient in using LEAP and other relevant digital tools.
