Residential Conveyancer – Full‑time/Part‑time (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join our well‑established Oxfordshire law firm. The position can be full‑time or part‑time and offers flexible hybrid working, allowing you to develop your career within a respected Residential Property team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage your own conveyancing files from instruction through to completion.
• Advise on freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages and related residential property transactions.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to provide commercially focused, high‑quality advice.
• Maintain the highest standards of client care throughout each transaction.

Required profile

• Qualified Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives or experienced Paralegals.
• Experience ranging from newly qualified to approximately 10 years post‑qualification.
• Ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision.
• Strong technical knowledge of Residential Property law and excellent client‑relationship skills.
