Residential Conveyancer – Home‑Based (UK)

About the role

Simplify is looking for an experienced residential conveyancer to join its growing team. The role is primarily home‑based within the UK, with the option to work hybrid from one of the company’s offices in Manchester, Leicester, Leeds, Southport, Northampton or St Ives. You will handle a high‑volume caseload of freehold, leasehold, shared‑ownership and new‑build transactions, supported by specialist teams and cutting‑edge technology.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of up to 90 residential conveyancing files, ensuring timely completions.
• Oversee all stages of the transaction, from title checks to mortgage offer verification.
• Maintain high service standards while meeting strict completion targets.
• Collaborate with colleagues, providing guidance and sharing best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience handling high‑volume residential conveyancing.
• Strong organisational abilities and the capacity to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with case management systems.
• Solid IT skills relevant to modern conveyancing workflows.
