Residential Conveyancer

About the role

We are seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join our award‑winning specialist law firm in Manchester. You will work within a dedicated property team, providing expert advice to private clients on a range of residential transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage residential property matters from instruction to completion.
• Advise private clients on freehold and leasehold transactions, including registration of titles.
• Handle both registered and unregistered property matters.
• Assist with tenancy agreements and general property disputes where required.
• Maintain high standards of client care and meet all statutory deadlines.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years’ fee‑earner experience in residential conveyancing.
• Qualified solicitor or equivalent legal qualification.
• Demonstrated experience with freehold and leasehold properties.
• Knowledge of registered and unregistered title work.
• Experience in tenancies and property dispute matters is advantageous.
