Residential Conveyancer – Liverpool

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our growing property team in Liverpool. You will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post‑completion, delivering a high standard of client care.

Key responsibilities

• Handle sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new‑build transactions.
• Maintain the caseload from instruction to completion, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients, estate agents and introducers.
• Collaborate closely with the established conveyancing team.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with at least 2 years post‑qualification experience in residential conveyancing.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage a full caseload.
• Strong communication and organisational skills with a proactive, commercial approach.
• Commitment to delivering excellent client service.
