About the role
We are a highly successful law firm in South London seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our dynamic team. You will work on a varied caseload of residential property transactions, supporting both first‑time buyers and seasoned investors.
Key responsibilities
- Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
- Manage mortgages and remortgages for residential clients.
- Assist first‑time buyers throughout the conveyancing process.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in residential conveyancing.
- Qualified as a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer.
- Some experience managing fee‑earning staff.
