About the role
We are a modern mid‑sized property law firm in central London seeking qualified Residential Conveyancers to join our team from Autumn 2026. The role is full‑time and offers flexible remote or hybrid working, with one day per week in the office.
Key responsibilities
- Manage an independent caseload of 70‑100 residential conveyancing files.
- Handle sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties.
- Process transfer of equity and remortgage transactions.
- Work closely with an assigned paralegal to ensure efficient case progression.
- Provide technically accurate conveyancing advice in line with current legislation.
Required profile
- UK‑qualified residential conveyancing professional (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive).
- Minimum of 2 years post‑qualification experience (2 PQE).
- Familiarity with the Building Safety Act and leasehold matters is advantageous.

- Residential conveyancing practice.
- Freehold and leasehold transaction handling.
- Transfer of equity procedures.
- Remortgage processing.
- Case management and coordination with support staff.
