About the role

We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our well‑established law firm in Stockport. You will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions while working within a supportive, close‑knit team.

Key responsibilities

• Handle residential conveyancing files from instruction to completion.
• Process sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and leasehold transactions.
• Work independently and collaboratively with property specialists.
• Provide excellent client care and ensure efficient file progression.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Residential Conveyancer (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Chartered Legal Executive or equivalent).
• Ability to manage a busy, varied caseload with minimal supervision.
• Full knowledge of the conveyancing process from start to finish.
• Positive, team‑focused attitude and desire to progress your career.
