Key responsibilities

• Independently manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
• Advise an enviable client base on sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages and various other residential property transactions.
• Work alongside a collaborative team, build strong client relationships and deliver high standards of service throughout the entire conveyancing process.
• Contribute to the firm’s reputation by providing accurate, timely, and client‑focused legal advice.

Required profile

• Applications are welcomed from Residential Conveyancers, Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, Legal Executives or experienced fee earners at NQ level and above.
• Proven experience handling residential conveyancing matters is essential.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities, a client‑focused approach and the capacity to manage a varied caseload efficiently.
