About the role
We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our well‑organised firm in Hazel Grove. You will work from your own office, handling a low‑volume caseload with a hybrid working model that supports a healthy work‑life balance.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of sales, purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity and leasehold matters from instruction to completion.
- Handle conveyancing matters efficiently and independently, taking each case through to completion.
- Maintain strong relationships with the firm’s long‑standing clients.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a conveyancer.
- Qualification as a Residential Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
