Residential Conveyancer – Property Lawyer

About the role

As a Residential Conveyancer you will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, ensuring smooth and efficient progression for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Process buy‑to‑let and residential investment transactions.
• Manage remortgages, refinancing work and new‑build conveyancing.
• Oversee transfers of equity, joint ownership matters, probate and matrimonial‑related property sales.
• Support Help to Buy and Shared Ownership schemes.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other solicitors.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing.
• Proven ability to manage a full conveyancing caseload independently.
• Qualified lawyers and experienced unqualified conveyancers are welcome.
• Formal qualifications are not essential; support is provided for those studying a conveyancing qualification.
