Residential Conveyancer (Qualified or Trainee)

About the role

We are looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join our family‑friendly firm in Macclesfield. Whether you are already qualified or seeking qualification, you will support a Senior Solicitor handling a busy portfolio of over 200 files.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of residential sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and leasehold matters from instruction to completion.
• Provide client‑facing service, ensuring efficient and independent handling of each conveyancing matter.
• Support the Senior Solicitor with a high‑volume workload while developing your own practice.

Required profile

• Experience in residential conveyancing (qualified or unqualified candidates considered).
• Ambition to obtain qualification as a Residential Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.
• Strong client‑service orientation and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Knowledge of residential conveyancing processes and documentation.
