An exciting opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer with 5+ years post‑qualification experience to join a respected firm in a fully remote role. You will manage your own caseload, deliver exceptional client service, and thrive in a supportive team that values quality, professionalism, and career growth.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding client care while meeting targets and ensuring full compliance with professional standards.
• Manage a varied traditional residential conveyancing caseload with a proactive, client‑focused approach.
• Meet personal and team billing, gross profit and cash‑recovery targets.
• Manage the financial aspects of files in line with agreed write‑off parameters.
• Ensure files are opened, progressed and managed in line with internal processes and any agreed SLAs.
• Maintain accurate client, matter and enquiry data and ensure effective use of case management systems.

Required profile

• Qualified Residential Conveyancer with 5+ years post‑qualification experience.
• Pride in delivering an outstanding client experience and building strong client relationships.
• Commercially aware, organised and comfortable working to targets.
• Proactive, detail‑focused and committed to doing things properly.
