Residential Conveyancer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a well‑established law firm on a fully remote basis. The role offers uncapped quarterly bonuses, a competitive salary, and the chance to work within a supportive, client‑focused team that values flexibility and professional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
• Handle sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and other residential property transactions.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, estate agents, brokers and third parties to ensure smooth progression of matters.
• Provide high‑quality client service throughout each transaction.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner.
• Proven ability to manage a residential conveyancing caseload independently.
