Residential Conveyancer – Rotherham

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a well‑known firm of solicitors operating across South Yorkshire and Lincolnshire. The successful candidate will manage a diverse portfolio of conveyancing transactions from initiation through to completion, delivering high‑quality client service.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage a comprehensive caseload of sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
• Provide expert legal advice and ensure seamless conveyancing processes for clients.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients, colleagues and external contacts.
• Conduct thorough legal research and ensure compliance with current laws and regulations.
• Utilise conveyancing software and case‑management systems to enhance workflow.

Required profile

• Minimum three years’ experience in residential conveyancing.
• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer in England and Wales.
• Strong communication, organisational and detail‑oriented abilities.
• Client‑centred attitude with a proven ability to resolve issues efficiently.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.

Required skills

• Proficiency with conveyancing software and case‑management tools.
