About the role

A dynamic and expanding law firm in Hale is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer/Solicitor to join its growing residential property team. Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions from pre‑exchange through to completion.
• Advise on sales and purchases across the full spectrum of residential property matters, including plot sales and developer‑led transactions.
• Provide clear, commercially focused advice to local and national clients, including high‑net‑worth individuals.
• Demonstrate excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Support and share knowledge with junior team members to strengthen overall team capability.

Required profile

• 3+ years’ post‑qualification experience (PQE) in residential conveyancing.
• Proven experience handling a varied residential conveyancing caseload.
• Strong technical and procedural knowledge of residential property law.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, team‑oriented mindset with leadership potential.
