Residential Conveyancer – Up to £40,000 DOE

About the role

Our client, a well‑established law firm in Bolton, is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to manage a full caseload of residential property transactions. The role offers the chance to work within a supportive, collaborative team while delivering expert legal advice to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
• Provide expert legal advice on a broad range of residential property issues.
• Draft, review and ensure compliance of all legal documentation.
• Conduct necessary searches, raise enquiries and liaise with estate agents, lenders and surveyors.
• Maintain high standards of client care and communication throughout each transaction.
• Stay up‑to‑date with changes in conveyancing law and practice.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive.
• Minimum of 2 years post‑qualification experience in residential conveyancing.
• Proven ability to manage a caseload independently.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and client‑focused communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and adaptable to new legal technologies.
