Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner – Full‑time

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join our Property team in Farnham. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post‑completion, delivering high‑quality client service.

Key responsibilities

• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and shared ownership transactions.
• Manage cases involving both registered and unregistered land.
• Progress new‑build transactions, liaising with developers and meeting tight exchange deadlines and lender requirements.
• Ensure all transactions comply with legal standards and client expectations.
• Provide exceptional client service throughout the conveyancing process.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with strong experience in residential conveyancing.
• Ability to manage a full caseload independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent technical knowledge of residential conveyancing matters.
• Strong organisational, communication and collaborative team skills.
