Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join our Property team in Farnham. The successful candidate will manage a diverse portfolio of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post‑completion, delivering high‑quality client service.

Key responsibilities

• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and shared ownership transactions.
• Manage cases involving both registered and unregistered land.
• Progress new‑build transactions, liaising with developers and meeting tight exchange deadlines.
• Ensure all transactions comply with legal standards and lender requirements.
• Provide exceptional client service throughout the conveyancing process.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor with solid experience in residential conveyancing.
• Proven ability to manage a full caseload independently.
• Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing law.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
• Collaborative, team‑oriented attitude.
