Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner – £40k-£55k + Bonus

About the role

Our client in Farnham is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to manage a varied caseload from instruction through to post‑completion. The successful candidate will work within a well‑established firm that values first‑class client service and offers a clear path for professional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Process remortgages, transfers of equity and shared‑ownership matters.
• Manage registered and unregistered land transactions.
• Progress new‑build conveyancing, liaising with developers and meeting tight exchange deadlines.
• Provide comprehensive client communication throughout each transaction.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor or fee earner (or qualified by experience).
• Solid residential conveyancing experience with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality client service.
• Team‑oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate.
