Residential Conveyancing Paralegal (Full‑time)

About the role

Join a dynamic residential conveyancing team in Farnham as a full‑time Paralegal. You will work closely with experienced solicitors, supporting a varied caseload of property transactions while developing your legal expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from file opening to completion.
• Perform administrative duties such as handling calls, responding to enquiries and providing updates to clients, estate agents, lenders and solicitors.
• Prepare contract packs, conduct post‑exchange administration, lodge SDLT returns and AP1 forms, and carry out final searches.
• Deal with Land Registry requisitions and occasional dictation tasks.
• Maintain high standards of client care through clear communication and timely updates.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a paralegal in the legal sector, preferably within residential conveyancing.
• Familiarity with conveyancing processes and procedures.
• Excellent organisational abilities, the capacity to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality.

Required skills

• Tikit Partner for Windows (advantageous).
