Residential Conveyancing Paralegal

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join our busy Property team in Glasgow. You will manage your own caseload of residential transactions, delivering a seamless, client‑focused service from instruction to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of title and new‑build transactions.
• Draft, review and finalise legal documentation and settlement statements.
• Examine title deeds, conduct title investigations and prepare registration documents for the Registers of Scotland.
• Liaise with clients, solicitors, lenders, estate agents and other third parties throughout the process.
• Ensure transactions progress efficiently, meeting agreed timescales and maintaining accurate file management and compliance.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal within a Scottish law firm.
• Strong knowledge of Scottish residential conveyancing procedures.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organisational, time‑management and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong drafting abilities.
