Residential Conveyancing Solicitor – Bristol

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Manage a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold and new‑build properties.
• Maintain high standards of client care throughout each transaction.
• Use advanced conveyancing technology to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive and productive team atmosphere.

Required profile

• Qualified Residential Property Solicitor or experienced Conveyancing Executive.
• Between newly qualified (NQ) and three years of residential conveyancing experience.
• Proven experience across freehold, leasehold, new‑build and shared‑ownership transactions.
• Strong organisational abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.
