About the role

We are seeking a qualified Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join our well‑established Edinburgh office. You will work within a collaborative property team, handling a diverse range of residential transactions for a loyal client base.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a personal caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases and transfers of title.
• Handle re‑mortgages, refinancing transactions and provide general residential property advice.
• Work on cross‑border property matters alongside colleagues in other jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with specialists in other practice areas to deliver a holistic client service.

Required profile

• Scottish‑qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years post‑qualification experience in residential property.
• Proven ability to manage an independent caseload.
• Commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building and organisational skills.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and able to work collaboratively within a supportive team.
