Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (Isle of Wight)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a respected law firm on the Isle of Wight. The role offers a full caseload of residential property transactions, with the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post‑completion.
• Handle sales, purchases, re‑mortgages and equity releases for freehold and leasehold properties.
• Maintain responsibility for your own caseload while contributing to the development of the department.
• Provide accurate and timely advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in residential conveyancing.
• Qualified solicitor or CILEX member with a strong understanding of property law.
• Proven ability to manage cases independently and meet client expectations.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model and manage your own holiday allowance.
