Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

About the role

G2 Legal Limited is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its property team in Eastbourne. You will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Handle sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity for residential properties.
• Ensure compliance with conveyancing regulations and anti‑money‑laundering requirements.
• Provide high‑quality client care throughout each transaction.
• Utilise the firm’s IT systems and online property portals to process cases efficiently.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with solid residential conveyancing experience.
• Ability to work independently and manage a full caseload.
• Strong knowledge of conveyancing compliance and AML regulations.
• Excellent client communication skills.
