About the role

Join a well‑established Gloucestershire law firm as a Residential Development Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive. You will work within a specialist team delivering high‑quality development advice to landowners, developers and investors.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate option agreements and conditional contracts.
• Prepare promotion agreements and manage land acquisition and disposal transactions.
• Advise on strategic land matters and development site transactions.
• Provide general residential development counsel throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 5+ years post‑qualification experience.
• Proven experience in residential development, commercial property or strategic land work.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong client‑relationship skills.
• Commercially minded, able to deliver practical advice.
• Team player committed to department growth.
