About the role

We are seeking an experienced Residential Development Solicitor to join our Gloucestershire office. The successful candidate will work on high‑quality development matters, advising landowners, developers and investors throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

Draft and negotiate conditional contracts and promotion agreements.
Manage land acquisition and disposal transactions.
Advise on strategic land matters and development site transactions.
Provide general residential development advice to clients.

Required profile

Minimum 5 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in residential development law.
Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Confidence in dealing directly with clients and building long‑term relationships.
