Residential Development Solicitor – £60k+ Hybrid

About the role

Join a well‑established Gloucestershire law firm as a Residential Development Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive. You will work within a specialist team delivering high‑quality property development advice to landowners, developers and investors.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate option agreements, conditional contracts and promotion agreements.
• Manage land acquisition and disposal transactions.
• Provide strategic advice on land matters and development site transactions.
• Support clients throughout the full development lifecycle, from planning to completion.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with at least 5 years post‑qualification experience.
• Demonstrated experience in residential development, commercial property or strategic land work.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong client‑relationship skills.
• Commercially minded, able to deliver practical, value‑adding advice.
