Residential Host / Concierge – Premium Hospitality

About the role

We are looking for a professional Residential Host/Concierge to deliver a premium hospitality experience for residents, guests and visitors in an East London build‑to‑rent development. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring smooth front‑desk operations and a welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage front‑desk logistics, including parcel logging and key distribution.
• Conduct routine walkthroughs to keep amenity spaces and lounges immaculate.
• Perform building safety checks, fire alarm tests and maintain accurate logs.
• Log maintenance requests on the digital platform and coordinate contractor access.
• Maintain visual standards and enforce health and safety procedures.

Required profile

• Previous experience in build‑to‑rent properties is essential.
• Professional residential concierge background with strong customer‑service skills.
• Comfortable working a rolling 12‑hour shift pattern on a four‑day on / four‑day off cycle.
• Highly organised with the ability to uphold health, safety and visual standards.
