Residential Litigation Solicitor – Manchester

About the role

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate to join a leading residential property disputes team in Manchester. The role involves advising a broad range of landlords, developers, housing providers and management companies on complex residential litigation matters.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on residential leasehold management disputes, service charge disputes, enfranchisement and Right to Manage claims, forfeiture and possession proceedings, building safety remediation, landlord‑tenant and estate management matters.
• Supervise junior lawyers, develop client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives across the North West market.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales.
• At least 1 year of post‑qualification experience in property litigation, with strong exposure to residential leasehold management matters.
• Proven experience advising on enfranchisement and Right to Manage claims.
• Excellent technical and drafting abilities and commercial awareness.
• Experience supervising junior lawyers and building client relationships.
