Residential Paralegal – Conveyancing Support

About the role
The Coast Partnership Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic Residential Paralegal to join its busy residential team in central London. You will work closely with a solicitor, supporting the full lifecycle of conveyancing transactions from initial instruction through to post‑completion activities.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the solicitor with live residential conveyancing files from instruction to post‑completion.
- Communicate with clients by phone, email or in person, providing professional and flexible support.
- Draft legal documents and prepare post‑completion paperwork, including SDLT forms, registration, scheduling deeds and archiving.
- Provide accurate conveyancing quotes and input data into the case management system, setting up new files.
Required profile
- Proven experience in residential conveyancing within a legal environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work to timescales, use initiative and demonstrate commercial awareness.
- Well‑organised with strong attention to detail.
