Residential Property Manager – Finchley

About the role

We are seeking a Residential Property Manager to join an established estate agency in Finchley. The role involves overseeing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring smooth tenancy processes and maintaining compliance standards. You will work closely with internal teams and external contractors to deliver a high-quality service to tenants and landlords.

Key responsibilities

• Support the management of residential properties across an assigned portfolio.
• Assist with tenant onboarding, move‑ins, move‑outs and general tenancy administration.
• Coordinate property viewings, check‑ins, check‑outs and ensure properties are ready for occupation.
• Maintain accurate tenancy records, agreements and documentation.
• Log, triage and follow up on maintenance issues, arranging contractor access as needed.
• Monitor and record routine compliance tasks such as gas safety, EPCs and electrical inspections.
• Conduct basic property inspections and flag potential issues.
• Support rent tracking and raise any discrepancies to management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational flow.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years experience in property, customer service, operations or a related field.
• UK residency, preferably within a 30‑minute commute to Finchley.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Confident communicator with good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently across multiple locations.
• Driving licence desirable but not essential.
