Residential Property Manager – Gosport

About the role

Our client is looking for an experienced Residential Property Manager to join a growing lettings team in Gosport. You will be responsible for overseeing a diverse residential portfolio, ensuring compliance, and delivering high‑quality service to landlords and tenants.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential tenancies from move‑in through tenancy end.
• Coordinate maintenance issues, repairs and contractor appointments on behalf of landlords.
• Conduct property inspections and produce detailed reports.
• Handle landlord and tenant enquiries, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
• Manage deposit negotiations and tenancy check‑outs where required.
• Liaise with landlords regarding property performance and tenancy matters.

Required profile

• Minimum two years’ experience in residential lettings or property management.
• Strong understanding of maintenance coordination and property‑management processes.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑management abilities.
• Knowledge of health‑and‑safety and fire‑safety legislation.
• High attention to detail with a practical problem‑solving approach.
