Residential Property Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Residential Property Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day management of a residential property portfolio. The role involves ensuring properties are well‑maintained, compliant with legislation, and that residents receive a high standard of service. You will report to the Head of Property Management and work Monday to Friday on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties (leasehold and/or ASTs), ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, landlords and contractors.
• Arrange and oversee maintenance, repairs and refurbishments, guaranteeing high‑quality work.
• Conduct regular property inspections and produce detailed reports.
• Ensure compliance with relevant UK housing legislation.
• Handle tenant move‑outs and deposit returns.
• Contribute to the development of property‑management processes and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential property management.
• Strong understanding of UK housing legislation and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
