About the role

We are partnering with a well‑established law firm that specialises in residential property work. The firm is expanding its team and seeks a motivated Residential Property Paralegal or Conveyancing Assistant to support its conveyancing practice.

Key responsibilities

• Assist solicitors with residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion.
• Prepare and review standard legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
• Conduct property searches, liaise with clients, mortgage lenders, and third‑party service providers.
• Maintain accurate case files and update the firm's management system.
• Ensure compliance with deadlines and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Previous experience supporting residential conveyancing matters.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a busy office environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
