Residential Property Paralegal

About the role

Join a well‑established law firm’s London conveyancing team as a Residential Property Paralegal. You will gain hands‑on experience across the full lifecycle of residential property transactions, from file opening to post‑completion matters, within a supportive and structured environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.
• Manage your own caseload under supervision.
• Draft legal documents, correspondence and client communications.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and solicitors.
• Monitor key dates, deadlines and transaction progress.
• Assist with exchange, completion and post‑completion activities.

Required profile

• Genuine interest in residential conveyancing.
• Proactive approach to developing a legal career.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Previous legal experience (desirable but not essential).
• Law degree, LPC, CILEX or equivalent qualification (advantageous).
• Understanding of residential conveyancing or property law (desirable).
