Residential Property Paralegal

About the role

This position offers an opportunity to join a well‑established residential property team within a reputable law firm. You will work on a varied caseload of conveyancing matters, providing high‑quality legal advice and delivering an exceptional client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a personal caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion.
• Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, transfers, and mortgage paperwork.
• Liaise with clients, solicitors, lenders and other stakeholders to ensure smooth progress of each matter.
• Maintain accurate case records using the firm’s modern case‑management system.
• Provide timely updates to clients and respond to enquiries with a client‑focused approach.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience in residential conveyancing or a related legal environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating with the team.

Required skills

• Knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing processes.
