Residential Property Partner – Thames Valley

About the role
An established regional law firm is looking for a senior Residential Property Partner to strengthen its conveyancing team in the South East of England. This role offers the chance to lead high‑value residential transactions while contributing to the firm’s growth strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Manage an established caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including high‑value transactions.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships and generate new business opportunities.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
- Support the firm’s expansion plans across the Thames Valley region.
Required profile
- Experienced Residential Property, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer at partner level, or ready to step up.
- Strong technical expertise across all aspects of residential conveyancing.
- Proven business development and networking capabilities.
- Excellent client care and leadership skills.
