Residential Property Solicitor – 3+ Years PQE

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Residential Property Solicitor with at least three years PQE to join our thriving team in the South West. You will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters and contribute to business development.

Key responsibilities

• Handle the full spectrum of residential conveyancing, including freehold and leasehold transactions.
• Prepare and review deeds of easement, remortgages, and sales & purchase agreements.
• Provide client advice from instruction through to completion.
• Develop new business opportunities and maintain client relationships.
• Prioritise competing deadlines while maintaining high service standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years post‑qualification experience in residential property law.
• Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing processes.
• Excellent communication and client‑care skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a busy team.
• Interest in business development and networking.
