Residential Property Solicitor – Bristol

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Residential Property Solicitor with at least three years post‑qualification experience to join our growing Bristol team. The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing matters and contribute to business development.

Key responsibilities

• Handle full‑spectrum residential conveyancing, including freehold and leasehold transactions, deeds of easement, remortgages, sales and purchases.
• Provide advice to clients from instruction through to completion, ensuring high standards of service.
• Prioritise competing deadlines and manage own caseload with appropriate supervision.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, network with potential clients, and build long‑term relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum three years PQE handling residential property matters.
• Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing processes.
• Excellent communication and client‑care abilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a busy team environment.
• Interest in business development and networking.
