Residential Property Solicitor

About the role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with over three years post‑qualification experience to manage a varied residential property caseload.

Key responsibilities

• Handle 25–35 new residential property instructions each month.
• Manage freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Process remortgages and transfers of equity.
• Oversee new‑build transactions.
• Conduct general residential conveyancing from instruction through to post‑completion.
• Maintain your own caseload with support from an experienced team.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years PQE in residential conveyancing.
• Ability to manage a high‑volume caseload with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and client‑care skills.
• Organised, proactive and commercially aware.
• Comfortable working in a busy office environment.
• Eagerness to contribute to business development and networking.
• Willingness to build relationships with local agents and the wider community.
