Residential Property Solicitor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join a leading central London firm’s highly regarded Property team. You will work with high‑net‑worth (HNW) and ultra‑high‑net‑worth (UHNW) clients, providing commercial, tailored advice on high‑value residential property matters.

Key responsibilities

• Advise HNW and UHNW individuals, families and private clients on a broad range of residential property transactions.
• Manage significant client contact, building long‑term relationships with clients and their advisers.
• Draft and negotiate contracts, conveyances and related documentation for high‑value deals.
• Take ownership of matters, contribute to business development and support the growth of the Residential Property practice.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with at least 4 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in residential property.
• Proven experience advising HNW/UHNW clients in the London market.
• Strong client‑management abilities and a commercial mindset.
• Highly organised, able to manage a caseload independently with minimal supervision.
