Residential Property Solicitor – London

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join our London office. You will manage a diverse residential conveyancing portfolio while having the opportunity to expand into commercial property work.

Key responsibilities

• Handle residential property transactions from instruction to completion.
• Develop and maintain strong client and referrer relationships.
• Mentor junior solicitors, trainees and apprentices.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the wider team to achieve performance targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in residential property law.
• Proven ability to generate new business and maintain client networks.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to meet performance targets.
• Excellent communication, organisational and IT proficiency.
• Capability to work under pressure and resolve complex issues.

Required skills

• Residential conveyancing expertise.
• IT proficiency for legal practice management systems.
