About the role

We are a small, welcoming legal team in Woking specialising in residential property. This position is ideal for a newly qualified solicitor looking to develop a career in residential conveyancing.

Key responsibilities

Handle residential property transactions from instruction to completion.
Draft contracts, transfer documents and other legal paperwork.
Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors.
Work on a mixed caseload of purchases and sales while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

Qualified solicitor (CILEx acceptable).
Experience in residential conveyancing through training or post‑qualification.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Proactive, client‑focused approach with willingness to learn.

Required skills

Residential conveyancing knowledge.
