Residential Property Solicitor – Worthing

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join our established Worthing practice. You will manage a full residential conveyancing caseload, delivering high‑quality service to private individuals and businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, including new builds and shared ownership.
• Manage right‑to‑buy, transfers of equity, and part‑exchange transactions.
• Prepare and review mortgages, remortgages, lease extensions and enfranchisements.
• Draft declarations of trust and grant new leases.
• Provide occasional cover for fellow conveyancers as required.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years fee‑earning experience in residential property.
• Proven ability to manage a full conveyancing caseload independently.
• Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client and referrer relationships.
• Team‑oriented, hands‑on, and flexible approach.
