Residential Sales Manager – Brighton

About the role

Leaders, a reputable property group within LRG, is seeking an experienced Residential Sales Manager to drive new sales business and grow the branch in Brighton. The role involves managing residential sales, ensuring high‑quality customer care, and meeting revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Grow the volume of new residential sales and income for the branch.
• Appraise, list and market residential properties.
• Identify and refer additional business opportunities to the appropriate divisions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of available properties and implement effective canvassing and marketing strategies.
• Conduct viewings, secure property lets and manage applicant registration and qualification.
• Carry out monthly one‑to‑one meetings with staff and ensure compliance with all legal obligations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a senior sales position with a track record of securing new business.
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent telephone manner.
• Self‑starter with tenacity, negotiation ability and the drive to exceed targets.
• Ability to build trusted relationships at all levels and adapt to change.

Required skills

• Listing and valuation experience.
• High‑level sales ability.
